Hide Post Details and Comments
On most blogs each post is accompanied by some additional post details (such as date and time of posting, categories, tags etc). In addition each individual post page also generally has a comments box.
When creating a ‘niche site’ style blogs these items are often not required, and so now there is an option to remove them for various types of pages.
To remove the post details just tick the page/post type you want the details removed from.
Optionally you can just leave the ‘make a comment’ link at the bottom of each page or post, but eliminate the rest of the post details.
To retain only the ‘make a comment’ link make sure you tick the page type for which you want to remove the post details, but leave the corresponding ‘Hide comments #’ unticked.
