FEEDBURNER Subscription

The FeedBurner Subscription option allows you to link the RSS feed from your blog directly through to Google FeedBurner.

Your readers can subscribe using the Feed Reader of their choice, or through email.

If you leave the FeedBurner ID and FeedBurner Comments ID fields blank then the feed icons will just link to your sites regular feeds, but, if you fill them in then you’ll see an additional email feed icon, and the link url redirected to FeedBurner.

You’ll need to register 2 feeds from your blog with FeedBurner,

  • one for your posts – usually http://yourblog.com/feed
  • and, one for your comments – usually  http://yourblog.com/comments/feed
